Who We Are

Public Safety Psychological Services, PLLC., provides evidence based, gold standard pre-employment screening evaluations for public safety agencies across the United States. Our psychologists have over 30 years of experience in screening law enforcement officers, correctional officers, firefighter/EMTs, communications/dispatchers, support personnel (e.g. community service officers, forensic technicians, records clerks), and officers for other special assignments (e.g. SWAT, Crisis/Hostage Negotiators) for our client agencies. We were the first firm to develop and implement completely remote psychological testing and interview services for public safety applicants.

In the past year, PSPS psychologists screened thousands of applications for positions as police officers, deputies, correctional officers, firefighter/EMTs, dispatchers, crime scene technician, SWAT team members, Crisis Negotiators, Armed Security Officers, and other types of public safety support personnel.
